Within the first month, 79.2% of the patients described lower anxiety levels and 66.7 percent reported healthier sleep.

Another study conducted in 2014 by researchers from University of São Paulo, Brazil, also reiterates that CBD guarantees a good nights sleep! The patients had Parkinson’s Disease, which involved a disorder in the rapid eye movement (REM) during sleep. The patients had REM sleep behaviour disorder (RBD) wherein the have a difficult time sleeping and act out in response to their dreams. After their CBD usage, the symptoms significantly improved. In line with the study conducted, other research concluded that CBD intake might help cure the disorder, as well as daytime drowsiness.
